Hygiene Products: Items such as undergarments, swimwear, or other personal use items where the hygiene seal has been broken.

Excessive Wear and Tear: Items show excessive wear beyond normal use.

Recommendations
Always check your garment for stains or faults before removing the hangtag. Once the hangtag is removed, no claims can be made. Items returned without fulfilling these conditions will not be accepted.

Ship Your Return: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
Refunds

Once we receive your return, items go through a quality check (up to 5 business days).
