Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that during collection launches or sales periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to a higher volume of orders.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across all cities in Morocco, including but not limited to:
Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Fès, Tanger, Agadir, Meknès, Oujda, Kénitra, Tétouan, Safi, El Jadida, Nador, Laâyoune, Dakhla, Beni Mellal, Khouribga, Settat, Mohammedia, and more.

If your city is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will assist you directly.

Delivery Times
Standard delivery time within Morocco is generally 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Address & Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be modified. You will receive a tracking code via email or SMS to follow your package status. Please note that tracking may take up to 24 hours to be activated after processing.

Non-Delivered Orders
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local delivery office. If still not found, contact us immediately for assistance.

Returns for Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive an incorrect item, we will cover the return costs. Please contact our support team to arrange a free return.
